For too long, the notion of helping Pakistan has been synonymous with volunteering at a charity or a non-profit organisation. Of course, this is necessary. But the idea that Pakistan only needs charity is false; it is a natural destination for your skills and talents too. The Dil Internship Project provides opportunities for students based in the UK, US and Canada to intern with Pakistani companies in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Dubai. The aim is to match outstanding Pakistani businesses with the exciting talent they need to grow and, in the process, start reversing the global brain drain.
