The First District Appellate Project (FDAP) is a non-profit law office providing representation to indigent parties in criminal, juvenile, and mental health appeals in the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District. FDAP carries out its mission through the training and oversight of a panel of ~270 court-appointed appellate attorneys and through the direct representation of some clients.
