We want to be a trusted, practically focussed extra pair of hands organisations need when circumstances demand. We are here to make sure that provider organisations can access affordable and timely help with the routine basics as well have someone to call on when circumstances demand and extra short term resources are needed. We aspire to offer help when organisations need it so that they don't have to resource to cover all eventualities. Examples of work we'll do include team development, investigation, quality reviews and inspections, project planning and management, training, turnarounds, coaching, viability assessments, etc. We've worked on the inside so can can do what social care organisations need to do.
