Gotiii sets specific objectives to conduct works in a professional manner, as mentioned below: • Providing different management consultancy services that include policy formulation, process detailing, innovation framework, supply chain assessment etc.; • Development of strategic plan, project implementation plan, communication strategies; • Designing standard teaching/training materials and training curriculum, developing modules and communication materials to direct stakeholders to achieve organizational goals; • Delivering project designing and management supports, conducting baseline survey, designing research, development projects, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), conducting impact assessment study; • Providing capacity assessment and development services to Govt., NGOs and private/corporate sector organizations • Contracting and public-private-partnerships development; • Designing and implementation of MIS, providing data entry, processing and analytical services according to the need of the clients; • Assisting in formulation of development policies and programs both at institutional and national levels; • Assisting in purchase and procurement functions including, public procurement auditing; • Organizing seminars, workshops, information campaigns, etc. as required by the clients for dissemination of project findings and formulation of action plans; • Conduction/facilitation of national and regional level consultations, workshops, seminar conferences.
