We do this by: - Empowering whānau to develop the skills required to attached to the labour market. - Providing wrap around support to overcome employment obstacles - Offering labour supply solutions within the construction and infrastructure industries. All our services centre on cultural authenticity. Education Supply: We know investment in high-quality literacy and numeracy programmes in the workplace, which focus on addressing employers' productivity issues, has positive effects for employers, employees and their whānau. SLS delivers and manages high-quality workplace training to address issues impacting both employees and businesses. Social Supply: Our daily lives present a multitude of challenges and sometimes people require additional support to achieve and maintain successful employment outcomes. Manaaki Tangata is SLS' support programme, which has been developed ot support individuals and their whānau on the journey to rewarding and sustainable employment. Labour Supply: Traditional labour supply services typically operate a 'bums on seats' approach. SLS has set out to change this by aligning only with long-standing construction and infrastructure businesses that maintain strong core values within their business operations.
