We make the initial approaches, value the target companies, negotiate commercial terms, raise the finance required and project manage the acquisition through to legal completion. Management buy-outs We provide a full corporate finance service to management teams wishing to acquire the companies that employ them. It is important to appoint us at the earliest stage so that we can negotiate a commercially sound deal and one that can be funded.
