We provide carriers with a claims communication platform that enables policyholders to interact with their adjusters across any of the messaging apps they already do today, from loss reporting all the way to settlement. Our deep learning engine automates decisions and interactions on behalf of the adjuster, while tying into existing claims management systems to automatically populate claims and retrieve information. We help carriers provide a more transparent and engaging claims experience for their customers, while reducing the amount of adjuster time spent per claim.
