FlonIskra is a joint venture (VOF) between Flonidan, a gas meter manufacturer based in Denmark and Iskraemeco, an electricity meter manufacturer based in Slovenia. Flonidan and Iskraemeco have established this joint venture to serve the SMR5 contract, a contract from Dutch DSO's Alliander, Stedin, Delta and Westland for the mass roll-out of smart meters in the Netherlands. Between 2016 and 2021 FlonIskra will deliver approx. 2 Mio electricity meters and 1.5 Mio gas meters.
