Bishop’s University Commerce Society is a student run organization with a mission to better the academic and social experiences of all students at the Williams School of Business, as well as encouraging professional development crucial for post-graduation.For over 25 years, BUCS has been committed to be Bishop’s University’s, and the Williams School of Business’ most active Club and Society. From organizing social events, to planning book sales, organizing workshops, to increasing the exposure of the Williams School of Business, BUCS brings together over 550 business students and professors and encourages them to interact in a setting outside of class. BUCS holds many on-campus events throughout the year, but also is connected to the other business schools in Canada. As a member school of CABS (Canadian Association of Business Students), the Williams School of Business and all its students are connected to a national inter-university network – almost 30 business schools from coast to coast.
