Calzuro®’s brand was born in Italy at the beginning of 80’s from a brilliant intuition of his creator, Gianfranco Bidoia that, together with his staff, created a clog with a polymer-blend suitable for medical footwear. In 1984, the Calzuro®’s professional clog was patented. In 1999, Roberta Bidoia joined the company in the role of General Manager. She introduced the idea that a clog is not just professional but also useful in free time. That’s how the actual Calzuro®’s clogs: colorful, stylish – and still comfortable (it’s non-slip) and professional (autoclavable). The whole manufacturing process of Calzuro®’s clogs is based in Italy. Calzuro® is a brand that defends Made in Italy as synonym of excellence, exclusivity and creativity.
