Helpline Foundation started out informally in 2003 as Pure Saints Home to intervene in OVC matters and later expanded to include Poverty Alleviation. The name of the organization was changed in 2010 from Pure Saints Home to Helpline Foundation to undertake activities as a non-governmental organization. Helpline foundation is aimed at Building a Nigeria where all vulnerable children, youths and women (especially the widows) have access to quality health care, education and equal opportunities to realize their potentials.
