We are unusual in that our cocahes are not traditional career coaches but more like people with actual jobs that do this Part-time. However we are not a mentor network, our coaches are paid (all at the same flat fee for all) and carefully slected on two criteria: i) industry exerience, andii) a "mentor"personaity that is ethical and cares.
