We are technical consultants hired to plan, design and manage your network infrastructure, servers and PC’s. Collectively our staff is A+, Microsoft, Oracle and Webmaster certified. We are an accredited member of the BBB, and are licensed and insured. We provide a list of well-defined services and tasks on an ongoing basis with specific response times and resolutions. Normal managed services include 24/7 monitoring, 8 – 6 phone help-desk support for day-to-day IT problems. Customers receive phone, remote and onsite support for a flat fee monthly or annually
