In Europe, IKO’s individual plants are market leaders specializing in the manufacture of bituminous and synthetic roofing membranes, liquid waterproofing products, rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation boards and other products for flat-roof and building envelope applications in commercial and industrial markets. For infrastructure and civil engineering projects, IKO manufactures waterproofing systems for balconies, terraces, galleries, roofs and roof details, car parks, flood defense, parking decks, road and bridge construction, and surfacing. Product systems include hot melt bitumen, mastic asphalt, polyurethane and PMMA coatings.
