Located in the trendy warehouse district of Emeryville, California, ten blocks from Pixar Animation Studios and just across the Bay Bridge from San Francisco, JOHLT Productions turns out hundreds of hours of reality TV with series such as Color Splash with David Bromstad, Curb Appeal with John Gidding, Flip It To Win It, Real Estate Intervention, Power Broker with Mike Aubrey and Juan Barbieri, Elbow Room with Chip Wade, Dina’s Party with Dina Manzo, and more. Our offices in Miami, Atlanta, and New Jersey have housed productions as well. In the Bay Area, our staff works in a lively space, where the huge garage door opens to the sidewalk on sunny days. Founders Mila Holt and Tyler Johnson not only work together, they share an office….and are married. Our staff is a family as well.
