With the new structure, we have strengthened our global service offer and acquired an increased negotiation capacity, in order to better respond to the increasingly sophisticated needs of our national and international Clients in terms of risk management and implementation of insurance programmes and solutions. Also in the Claims Area, we pursue our goal of being a reference in claims Settlement and Customer Service through the technical expertise of our teams and highly skilled Claims Handlers.
