Active Dinex Emission Solutions (ADS) is a joint venture between two global exhaust manufacturers - Active Exhaust Corp. (AEC) and Dinex A/S (Dinex). This new joint venture will develop, manufacture and sell emission critical after treatment devices, which includes DOC, DPF & SCR systems. ADS will mainly focus on working with off-road industry along with other automobile segments to meet their emission challenges.
