We work with Australian change-makers and social entrepreneurs to improve the positive social and environmental impact of programs, policies, social innovation and social enterprise. For each client, I assemble a small team with evaluation and relevant subject matter expertise. We develop an Evaluation Plan and Evaluation Framework, collect and analyse evidence, then make an assessment of the positive and negative environmental and social impact and make recommendations for how the program, policy, social innovation or social business model can be improved. As a follow-up engagement, we can develop and execute an Implementation Plan. Most of our clients are in Melbourne, Geelong and south-west Victoria.
