Southeast Regional Center (SRC) matches foreign investors with domestic auto manufacturing projects under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. In 2010, SRC was designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as an EB-5 Regional Center. Through the EB-5 program, SRC‘s projects stimulate the economy while offering eligible foreign investors the chance to secure legitimate, permanent residency in the United States. SRC is an independent third party that procures investors, raises funds for auto manufacturing companies, and ensures compliance with EB-5 policies. SRC represents the interests of foreign investors and negotiates loan terms with American companies. To date, SRC has obtained $54.5 million in foreign capital through five EB-5 funds . SRC now has completed the full circle from initial capital investment, conditional green card approval, unconditional green card approval and return of original capital, earning the center a 100% success rate. SRC works closely with Ajin-Wooshin USA, an auto manufacturer and exclusive supplier for Hyundai and Kia.
