The mission of the office is to: • Promote equity in and access to undergraduate research across Penn State colleges and campuses and fellowship experiences around the world; • Engage students in learning and growing through quality mentorship and research and fellowship experiences; • Facilitate connections that support undergraduate excellence between academic colleges and campuses; and • Consult and support undergraduate mentors in engaging students in research and fellowship experiences.
