Our team has been engaged in financial and economic advisory in the Saudi market since 1979, previously under the umbrella of the Consulting Center for Finance and Investment. After establishment of the Capital Market Authority, Aldukheil Financial Group was born in 2007 with a mandate focused on investment banking. Our team was the first to execute Initial Public Offerings in Saudi Arabia, having listed some of the largest corporates such as SABIC, Al Rajhi Bank, SABB, Savola, and more.
