SWOCA, the Southwest Ohio Computer Association, is a Council of Governments serving schools, municipalities, and libraries in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, Warren, Preble, and Clinton Counties. As one of 21 Information Technology Centers (ITCs) of the Ohio Education Computer Network, SWOCA is best described as an internet, application, and managed technology service provider for more then 140,000 students and 30,000 teachers.
