The State Secretary of Forest Development, Industry, Trade and Sustainable Services- SEDENS is a Brazilian state government agency in the state of Acre, created to promote forest policy, industry, trade and sustainable services, acting as a catalyst of processes aimed at exploiting the natural resources of the Amazon, and have the society as the beneficiary, through actions that facilitate the distribution of economic benefits and conservation of nature. Founded in 2012 as a response to government concerns with regional economic problems, SEDENS have the mission to transform the forestry, industry, commercel and service activities in the major continuous source of income for the society, promoting social development, maintenance and continuous improvement of environmental quality.
