I am a coach, mentor and confidante to executives, and a champion of Diversity and Inclusion in all its forms. My leading area of functional expertise is risk management and the critically important integration of risk into strategic and business decisions. My ability to combine analytic process, common sense and strategic thinking allows me to deliver simple and practical solutions to complex issues. My strong leadership skills and passion for people development have consistently led to reduced team turnover, increased productivity/efficiency as well as increased retention, engagement and morale – all critical outcomes in today’s work environment. In 2021, I was named a Leader of Change by the Insurance Business of Canada. I’m a CTI trained coach, certified for EQi 2.0/360 assessments and TDS level 2 practitioner.
