Optimal Health Medical Fitness was established by Dr. Azlan Tariq D.O. and Dr. Kathleen Collins D.O. The objective is simple; To help restore the health and lives of individuals in Naperville and the surrounding area, by pioneering a Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program. They envisioned this to be more than a gym, more than a club; rather more of a weight loss boutique. They developed an individualized program that would cater to all who were in need of weight loss, no matter what kind of physical, emotional, or mental state they were in. This setup would also be an affordable way to lose weight. This practice would promote individualism, teaching independence. If they could help people realize that they already had what it takes to lose the weight, and give each individual the proper education, training, and tools needed to lose the weight and keep the weight off.
