The purpose of these groups is to raise the capability of internal IT Managers so they are ready to cope with the new challenges that face them as business continues to adapt to the always on, working from home, security risk exposed world. The primary six objectives of these peer groups are: 1. Provide a wider industry perspective with like-minded people. 2. Solve today’s business IT challenges. 3. Provide accountability to agreed goals. 4. Help members create a future focussed IT strategy. 5. Share and learn best practices. 6. Understand and adapt for the changing security and compliance landscape. The structured meetings are delivered with the help of trained and experienced meeting facilitators. The maximum size of any group is limited to 8 members and we will always do our best to ensure commercial competitors are not in the same group, unless they want to be. The meetings are conducted under very strict ‘Chatham House Rules’, which means that any information shared is to be considered privileged and confidential.
