Ekstraklasa S.A. is a joint stock company which organizes competition of top Polish football league, the Ekstraklasa. Apart from current managment of the league, Ekstraklasa S.A. manages the sales of domestic and international media rights, as well as centralised marketing rights on behalf of the clubs. Stakeholders: 18 top division clubs - 92,8% shares (each club has 5.15% of the shares), the remaining 7.2% of shares has Polish Football Association (PZPN).
