Our Mission Statement: Katina; Everything pure Katina is more than a restaurant. It has a story. It's about making the world a better place and leaving a legacy. It's about bringing modern Mediterranean food to all generations. It's about striving for excellence. Part of our proceeds go to the Katlyn Ledger Foundation, to help a young woman become a marine biologist through training at the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys. Katlyn is also our namesake - Katina; everything pure. We hope to make the world a better place through the power of food and by giving back. Katlyn, even though here for a short time, made such an impact on this earth. Either through the animals she loved, the planet she cherished, or especially all of the people she loved. She created a better world in the short amount of time she had. We strive to keep her legacy alive!
