The American Academy of Health and Fitness (AAHF), is a continuing education provider whose mission is to instill the quality of life throughout the gamut of aging. This is accomplished by providing continuing education through correspondence courses, workshops, and the website for certified personal trainers, athletic trainers, and other health and fitness professionals who are committed to safe and effective programs for youth, older adults and special populations.
