The Team The IngateyGen team is composed of 2 principals, the President responsible for the daily operation of the company and its overall strategic mission and a plant Genetic engineer, responsible for the scientific aspect of the work. A part time business developer, a lab technician/greenhouse manager, a webmaster, an accountant, an IP attorney and seasonal students and farm workers hired during planting and harvesting seasons. A board of business advisors (5 members) and a board of scientific advisors (3 members) also contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the company. IGG’s office is located in Elizabeth City, NC and is equipped with office, wet lab, 2 plant tissue culture chambers, A BL1 temperature-controlled greenhouse, and about 10 acres of land with appropriate equipment for peanut farming.
