Jacobsen & Svart founded in 2012 by Tony Jacobsen. Started as a small roastery hacked into a aircondition. In 2014 the roastery got a bigger commercial roaster and grew organicly untill 2015 where Jacobsen & Svart coffee roastery and Coffee Shop opened in Trondheim. Now opening 2nd location in Trondheim. Jacobsen & Svart focuses on high quality coffee served in 2 michelin star restaurants, Hotels, (Norways best breakfast coffee, Scandic Nidelven) a fine selection of coffee shops, restaurant and offices. Our main activity is importing green coffee and roasting them locally to a local and national market. We serve everything with pride for the science and craftmanship so you dont have to worry about the quality.
