REEP Equity, along with our sister company REEP Management, are solely focused on the multi-family sector to pledge incomparable commitment and service to both our residents and investors. Our other in-house departments include asset management, construction, property management, cost segregation, pre- and post-disposition. Since 2015, REEP Equity has bought, sold, and managed over 3,170 units worth over $263M, with thirteen properties totaling 2,602 units currently in our portfolio. Six properties have been taken full cycle, and we look forward to increasing that number as our vertically integrated strategy continues to produce solid results.
