The Vancouver Language Institute Ltd. was first established in 1978. Our expertise is in English as a Second Language (ESL/EFL) program design, and designing and managing international student services at the institutional level. Our particular interest is in working with international higher education institutions in sourcing cohort access based on provided specifications. We are particularly interested in international blended online higher education career pathways with specific academic degree/diploma completion targets.
