Balk Shipyard has been a family-run yard since the 1802. Today it builds and refits yachts of up to 65m in lenght in first-class facilities. After a series of major investments, Balk has three ultra modern construction halls, state-of-the-art workshops and warehousing, and a paint spraying cabin. The slipway installation lifts vessels up to 1200 tons out of the water, and the yard is only a one-hour drive from Amsterdam so easy for owners and their representives to visit. Balk shipyard is also renowned for its no-nonsense approach, maximum flexibility and excellent craftmanship.
