We do not charge extra for any over heating analysis of the building as part of our design process and we create an IESVE report. The means that all of the heating and cooling loads are based on guesswork and allows us to produce our designs on fact rather than speculation. Compliance - also as part of the thermal model, we can advise the architects on the thermal efficiency of the building envelope and recommend the most cost effective insulation thickness to achieve Building Regulation Part L compliance and minimise installation of on-site renewables, such as Photovoltaic.
