Our application gives clients a sophisticated solution for scheduling appointments via phone as well as answering questions and providing information to the public, such as office hours, driving directions, etc. The service takes calls during and after normal business hours, can run multiple programs simultaneously, is multilingual and generates customized reports based on user parameters.
