We serve persons of all ages and income levels with a diagnosed developmental disability who reside in Boone County, Missouri - individuals who present diverse needs for living, working and playing in the community. Because each person served is unique, we assist with creating an individualized plan including agency services and supports - a plan to thrive in the community, connect with others and achieve personal goals.
