Deegan Groundwater Consultants Pty Ltd was formed as a specialist independent groundwater consultancy in 2019 by Carl Deegan B.Sc.(Hons) M.App.Sc. MIAH. Carl has over 28 years of experience in a wide range of hydrogeological projects and has undertaken work for clients in the mining, agricultural and for government authorities. Carl has been responsible for various hydrogeological investigations for the evaluation, development and management of groundwater resources for mine and town water supplies, groundwater/environmental impact assessments, dewatering investigations and groundwater management plans.
