Elevated Equities LLC is a small family office based out of Breckenridge, Colorado which focuses on only commercial real estate lending. The company evolved out of our 15 year old residential and commercial mortgage company, The Mortgage Pointe, which still does residential business. Even though we do direct lending, we have expanded our capability by tapping our family connections and friends that fund some the the loans we originate and underwrite.
