Bridge Tower is a vertically integrated owner and manager of Single Family Rental and Build For Rent portfolios. We build housing in urban infill and suburban areas for families that requires a better quality of living. As of January 2021, we have over 2000+ homes across the Dallas, Houston, Austin and Charlotte, NC markets with an additional 1000 homes in the pipeline. Bridge Tower integrated an in-house construction team in 2014 that focuses on our Build-For-Rent strategy. More than half of our properties were built by Bridge Tower with the Build-For-Rent strategy being a focus for the firm.
