Uni-Automation was founded by Mr. Vidyadhar Mahajan in 1983 & was incorporated as a private limited company in 1988. We have developed patented wire-wound and conductive plastic resistors technology indigenously in India. It is being successfully used in our products like Throttle Position Sensors for automotives, potentiometers for industrial use, & many other applications covered by over 45 product models, for over 20 years. Our new plant is located at Shindewadi village on Pune-Bangalore Highway about 55 Kms from Pune city in a picturesque surrounding on a plot of area 4 ½ acres & a buildings of 70,000 sq ft. The printing of conductive plastics is done in Class 10,000 cleanliness room with state-of-the art equipment for filtering, printing, tunnel oven curing, computerized measurement to manufacture resistance elements of globally accepted quality levels. We also have a well equipped Engineering Test Laboratory for environmental testing from -70 deg C to +200 deg C. and 100% humidity and life testing of rotating and linear motion devices. We are exporting about 25% of our products to Europe, USA, China & Asian countries. Our major customer in automotive sector is Bosch Limited. We have received “Best Supplier Award” for two consecutive years from Bosch.
