“Lead Adaptive” was founded by Jay Desai to encourage professionals to develop an “Adaptive Leadership Strategy" mindset by synthesising strategic thinking across multiple academic disciplines, in customised case study-based strategy workshops. The purpose of these workshops is to strengthen the strategy formulation and implementation skillset of these professionals, ultimately helping to “Strengthen India”. Jay's uniquely differentiated workshops combine strategic insights from 32 years of strategy consulting experience in India, with his long-standing research interests in academic disciplines like evolutionary biology, complexity science, chaos theory, ecology and systems thinking.
