Lakeside Health and Fitness is situated at Liquid Leisure in Datchet, it opened February 2011. This is a unique members only training facility. The gym is owned and managed by personal trainer Neil Shannon. Whether you want to loose a few pounds after Christmas or progress onto the next level of your sport Neil can advise you using the latest techniques. Neil has 15 yrs experience working with professional waterskiers and wakeboarders including 3 x World Cup Winner Jodi Fisher and World Champion Nick Davies. This experience along with competing in many sports himself gives him a great advantage when designing training programs on a daily basis.
