Initially they installed security equipment to the then existing buildings under an installation and maintenance contract. Commencing in 2008 the College embarked on a major building program of three new facilities. While HSS were put forward as a 'Preferred Contractor' they were required to compete for the security work under an open tendering process and were successful on each project. HSS now provides full security system maintenance and support services across the whole campus.
