Sheila Burns purchased the agency in 1976 and steadily extended our services to the larger Pacific Northwest region and across the United States. In 1987 the name was changed to YCCS - A National Collection System, reflecting our growth. YCCS now operates four locations in the state of Washington; our corporate headquarters in Yakima with branch offices in Kennewick, Seattle and Wenatchee.
