Outside the Frame helps youth transitioning out of homelessness value themselves as productive members of society. Our film programs and workshops provides them with job training, a creative outlet, and above all - a sense of dignity and possibility that is contagious and visible to the public. In film terms, we make homeless youth the directors of their own films and their own lives. Named 2018 “Best New Non-Profit” by Portland Monthly Magazine.
