In 2017 Alicia started North Queensland Tours in her hometown of Townsville, to connect people with the wonders of the region and help them experience what North Queensland has to offer. Since winning the North Queensland Tourism and Events 2019 Young Achiever of the Year Award, Alicia's appetite for tourism has only grown, taking her to where she is today.
