We do this through a Premium Subscription Service to provide quality video content like Mood Boosts, Daily Routine and Self help Sessions from the Panel Experts. (Please see attached our employee engagement process.) We present a 3-tier approach for employees to engage: 1. Workplace Wellbeing Subscription – Self Help Online Service – The Wellbeing Hub 2. Group Coaching Programmes – Online peer 2 peer support with indifferent groups. 3. 1 to1 Coaching Sessions – 1 hour sessions with Qualified Coaches Corporate Wellbeing Days Wellbeing Walking Days Aspirational Challenges Positive Mind, Positive Results ( See attached) Current Employee Engagement 73% compared to below 5% on Employee Assisted Programs. We know by partnering with employers with similar core values and objectives, together our aim is to break the taboo about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
