Going beyond providing services, FCA partners are changing their environments to become productive, safe, and thriving communities. It was founded in 2021 by philanthropist Barry Segal as his third foundation. Wanting to do more to address the problems that cause people to leave their homes, Barry's idea is simple: empower community leaders to solve problems in their communities.
