E-RoadMap Corporation (ERM) is a nonprofit organization devoted to the enrichment and empowerment of young minds to ensure the building blocks of a sustainable future. ERM stems from a definitive need to bridge the gap between an unrealized to a realized potential in youth and young adults. Our research and experience underlines how imperative it is for these young groups to have effective guidance and developmental care in order to integrate into society as competent adults who can benefit from gainful employment and work productively to improve their community and society as a whole. Families and school personnel alone cannot fill in the gaps to meet these needs therefore other stakeholders must step in to help. The development and elevation of our youth is fundamentally critical to our society and future hence we are all stakeholders. Mission Statement: ERM's mission is to empower youth by instilling personal development principles, in addition to teaching entrepreneurship through interactive experiences that will transpire commitment, courage and successful continuity in their lives.
